We are currently seeking a Staff Accountant to join our Onboarding Team in a fully remote position. The Onboarding Team works with clients to effectively and efficiently transition new clients and processes into our Recurring Account Team workflow.

Our Staff Accountants are critical thinkers and problem solvers; they work independently and efficiently. In addition, a level of professionalism, attention to detail and the ability to multitask is pertinent for success on the Onboarding Team. As a member of the Onboarding Team, the Staff Accountant is helping set up a new chart of accounts, cleaning up any account that is not up to date, integrating new software and educating clients on the Accountfully process to best set them up for sucess.

We are looking for a Staff Accountant with experience in:

Accounts Payable
Accounts Receivable
Payroll
Account Reconciliation
Sales Tax
Cash Flow Management
Financial Statement Understanding
Debit & Credit Understanding
Systems Knowledge (QuickBooks Online)
Client Services

Our future Staff Accountant will have:

Bachelor’s degree
1+ years accounting experience
