ActionVFX is looking for a talented Mid-level Front-end Developer at ActionVFX, skilled in React and/or NextJS. Your mission? To build and enhance user-centric software for our cutting-edge data and workflow tools, driving innovation within the VFX industry.

Your Role:

Development Expertise: Utilize your proficient grasp of React.js/Next.js, HTML5, CSS3, and other web technologies to create innovative interfaces. Candidates with some back-end (Rails) experience are preferred.
Collaboration: Work closely with designers, other engineers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with UI/UX designs and optimize applications for peak performance.
Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest web development technologies and trends, and adapt to evolving requirements in a fast-paced environment.
Performance Analysis: Implement cutting-edge web technologies, thoroughly document applications, and contribute both independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with software architects, engineers, and researchers to create and deploy innovative interfaces.
Ensure seamless technical alignment with UI/UX designs and optimize applications for performance and scalability.
Develop and maintain high-quality React.js/Next.js applications and write well-designed, testable code.
Actively participate in design discussions, code reviews, user studies, and troubleshoot issues.
