ARCS Aviation is seeking a full-time Business & QA Assistant with an interest or experience in QA testing, research, marketing/social media, and business. We frequently work in small teams to solve problems, explore new technologies, conduct research & development (R&D), and learn from one another. The ideal candidate for this environment will be enthusiastic and collaborative.

Responsibilities

Design test plans, scenarios, scripts, and procedures.
Train directly with management and IT team to gain extensive knowledge on our business processes, products, and services.
Research and monitor industry trends and create new customer service strategies to ensure we are delivering the best-in-class customer support.
Build rapport directly with customers, partners, employees, and end-users remotely and in-person by communicating to them in a professional, empathetic, and captivating demeanor that intrigues them to learn more.
Document software defects, using a tracking system, and report defects to software developers.
Identify, analyze, and document problems with program function, output, online screen, or content.
Test system modifications to prepare for implementation.
Document test procedures to ensure replicability and compliance with standards.
Assess new application ideas.
Interview beta testers.
Assist the business and marketing team in maintaining the company’s social media platforms.
Assist in the completion of proposals and technical reports.
Additional job duties and responsibilities may be assigned as needed including research, writing, marketing, etc.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
Experience in developing or assisting in the development of video games.
Time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work in teams and independently.
Interest or experience in QA Testing.
Interest or experience in research and writing.
