About the role
We’re looking for an Inside Sales Associate to join our team and help drive Bellhop’s growth. In this role, you will work directly with potential customers—connecting via phone or video calls to deliver the best moving solutions tailored to their needs. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you'll engage with pre-qualified leads, helping to convert them into satisfied customers by effectively communicating the value of Bellhop's services and guiding them through our service offerings. You’ll be the voice of Bellhop, making lasting impressions and ensuring an effortless transition for our clients.
Your primary mission is to guide potential customers from qualified opportunities through confirmed bookings, nurturing relationships across multiple touchpoints while offering expert guidance and support throughout the sales process.

Compensation:
This role is a full-time (40 hours a week), hourly, non-exempt role. The compensation package for this role is a combination of an hourly rate and commission. The hourly rate may range from $12 -$15/hr based on experience. The total annual “On Target Earnings” for this role is $65k (hourly rate + commission).
