Role & Requirements

  • Excellent Communication Skills to probe with customers to solve their problems.
  • Handling Customer Projects and delivery.
  • Good Experience on Application Support / Cloud Support.
  • Good Knowledge on SLA.
  • Basic Knowledge of User Acceptance testing.
  • Basic Knowledge of Cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, GCP).
  • Knowledge of Deployment of Applications.
  • Willing to work in shifts if needed.
  • Any cloud certification will be a plus.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3+ years of software development experience or as a Support/Application Engineer in a high tech industry.
  • Proficiency in .Net Core / PHP / React.JS programming.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills.
  • Solid foundation in software with strong systems knowledge.
  • Good communication skills and desire to help customers.
  • RESTful APIs experience a plus.
  • BS/MS in Engineering or Computer Science.
