We’re a team of engineers, builders, and operators on a mission. Now we’re looking for a sharp, self-directed recruiter to help us find the right people to join us.
Why This Role Matters
People are the core of every breakthrough system we build. You’ll play a critical role in helping us scale the team—from skilled trades to senior engineers—so we can move faster and build smarter. You’ll work directly with leadership to shape who joins us and how.
What You’ll Do
- Write, post, and manage job ads across platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
- Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and local outreach
- Review resumes and conduct initial phone screens
- Schedule interviews and manage candidate pipelines (we use Airtable)
- Coordinate with hiring managers on role needs and candidate feedback
- Craft outreach messaging and support employer branding
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition experience
- Strong communication and judgment for technical and skilled roles
- Organized and self-managed—you don’t wait for instructions
- Comfortable hiring for engineering, manufacturing, or trades
- 10–20 hours/week commitment on a flexible schedule
- Based in Middle Tennessee or able to attend occasional on-site meetings
Bonus Points For:
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or other sourcing tools
- Startup or small company hiring experience
- Passion for sustainability or climate solutions
