Summary

As a Senior Product Manager at GoCheck Kids, you will drive the development of mobile software-based medical devices (SaMD and SiMD) that enable more children to receive early and effective screenings. Your passion for creating products that exceed customer expectations will fuel product execution in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will shepherd products through their life-cycle from concept to successful launch and scale.

Work Environment

The work environment is an office setting, generally a remote home based office site. Noise level is low to moderate.

Physical Demands

Required Education & Experience

• 5+ years of software product management experience, including 1 year in software used by clinicians.
• 3+ years of experience in modern product planning, customer need and opportunity discovery, and prioritization.
• Experience with mobile medical applications or medical devices for health screening
• Strong analytical skills, leveraging data for decision-making.
• Strong time management skills, prioritizing tasks, maintaining focus, and delivering results on multiple projects.
• High value for UX/product design in consumer or patient products.

Preferred Education & Experience

• Proven experience building mobile apps with a strong emphasis on design and UX/UI.
• Experience with EMRs/EHRs (Epic, Cerner, Athena, eCW, etc).
• Familiarity with optics, imaging, or computer vision.
• Experience with population health analytics or best-practices for data visualization.
• Prior experience with medical software or device development for pediatrics, primary care, or ophthalmology.
• Experience in SaaS: subscription-based business models, understanding user needs for seamless and aesthetically pleasing interfaces.
• Experience in multiple pricing models (subscription, per-click) with a user-centric approach to transparent pricing.
• Proficiency with design controls and quality management systems, ensuring that products meet regulatory requirements while maintaining a focus on product execution and delivering outstanding user experiences.
• MBA or advanced degree, providing a strong foundation in business strategy and market positioning, complementing design and UX/UI expertise.
