Job Description:

As the Account and Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing our growing customer accounts and executing our marketing strategies. Your duties will include:

Account Management: Act as the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring their needs are met and fostering strong relationships.
Customer Implementation: Oversee the successful implementation of our products and services for new customers, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into their operations.
Marketing: Manage our social media platforms, coordinate conferences, update our website, and draft press releases.
Sales Support: Participate in sales and prospecting efforts, offering your insights and support as we expand our customer base.
Cross-Functional Opportunities: Collaborate with other teams within the company, gaining exposure to various aspects of our business.

What We’re Looking For:

1-2 years of experience in account management, marketing, or a related field.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
A proactive, self-starter attitude with a passion for startups.
Experience with social media management, website maintenance, and content creation is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits:

Base salary of $75,000 with the potential to earn up to $85,000+ with bonuses and commissions.
