This role is perfect for someone with 1-2 years of experience who is eager to take on new challenges and grow alongside our company.

Job Description:

Assembly Support: Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting assistance to assembly technicians, ensuring efficient and accurate production processes.
Customer Troubleshooting: Lead the troubleshooting and resolution process for customer-reported device malfunctions, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
Design Optimization: Utilize CAD software to make design modifications that improve assembly efficiency, reduce build costs, and enhance overall product quality.
Documentation Management: Maintain and update bill of materials, assembly instructions, and engineering change orders to ensure accurate and up-to-date production documentation.
Supplier Coordination: Collaborate with suppliers to address quality and delivery issues related to raw parts and components.

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering, GPA 3.0+
1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment, preferably in the medical device industry
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control principles
Proficiency in 3D CAD software, working with large assemblies and complex modeling (Onshape preferred)
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Strong technical communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented team player with high self-motivation
Willing to travel (up to 3 weeks per year)

Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s Degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering
Experience with medical device regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, ISO standards)
Experience with sheet metal manufacturing processes
Experience with electrical systems and programmable logic controllers
Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and tools

Compensation & Benefits:

Base salary range $65-72k, dependent on experience
