Position: Operations & Regulatory Analyst (Entry-Level or MBA Internship)

As we expand nationally and globally, we’re seeking a sharp, driven, and analytical individual to join our operations team.
Position Summary:
The Operations Analyst will support the COO in managing key business functions that enable our company to scale. This hands-on role offers exposure to manufacturing operations, supply chain optimization, FDA documentation, and international regulatory and logistics workflows. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who enjoys being embedded inside a growing business unit and thrives on precision, process, and impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in tracking and managing component inventory, vendors, and production schedules
- Support documentation and compliance efforts for FDA regulatory submissions and audits
- Conduct research and coordinate international regulatory filings and import/export logistics
- Help identify and implement process improvements across operations and supply chain
- Assist with data collection and KPI reporting for manufacturing and operational metrics
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to ensure documentation consistency
- Participate in cross-functional project teams focused on scaling operations
Ideal Candidate Traits:
- Highly analytical and organized, with strong attention to detail
- Curious and eager to learn FDA, supply chain, and international regulatory processes
- Comfortable working in a startup environment with ambiguity and evolving priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with Excel or Google Sheets; bonus if familiar with project management tools
- Interest in medtech, healthcare innovation, or manufacturing operations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, supply chain, or a related field (or in progress for internship)
- MBA candidates or recent graduates are welcome
- Prior internship or co-op experience in operations, logistics, or regulatory fields is a plus
