About Healing Innovations

Healing Innovations is a medical technology company specializing in robotic neurorehabilitation. Our primary product, the Rise&Walk®, is a first-of-its-kind 3-in-1 rehabilitation system used by some of the nation’s largest rehabilitation hospital systems. We’re growing fast and need someone to help fuel that growth from the ground up.

Role Overview

This is a high-activity, high-impact role. As our first dedicated Sales Development Representative, you’ll be the engine that keeps our Business Development Managers’ calendars full of qualified meetings. Four days a week, you’ll be on the phones — researching prospects, making cold calls, and booking first meetings with rehabilitation directors, hospital executives, and therapy leadership. One day a week, you’ll shift gears to maintain and clean up our HubSpot CRM, ensuring our pipeline data is accurate, contacts are properly organized, and deal records are up to date.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on activity, is energized by the phones, and takes pride in building something from scratch. Healthcare industry experience is a plus but not required — what matters most is your work ethic, coachability, and comfort with high-volume outreach.

Key Responsibilities

Outbound Prospecting (4 days/week):

  • Conduct 40–60 outbound calls per day to targeted rehabilitation facilities, hospital systems, and clinical decision-makers.
  • Research and identify prospective accounts, building targeted call lists based on territory plans and market intelligence.
  • Book qualified first meetings for Business Development Managers, ensuring proper handoff with relevant context and notes.
  • Execute email sequences, LinkedIn outreach, and follow-up cadences alongside phone activity.
  • Track all activity meticulously in HubSpot — calls, emails, notes, and meeting outcomes.

CRM Management (1 day/week):

  • Audit and clean HubSpot contact and company records — merge duplicates, update contact information, correct deal stages.
  • Ensure pipeline data is accurate and current, flagging stale deals or missing information for BDMs.
  • Maintain consistent data hygiene standards across the CRM to support reporting and forecasting.
  • Assist with basic reporting, dashboards, and activity tracking as needed.
Candidate Profile
  • High-activity mentality — you measure your day in dials, conversations, and meetings booked, not emails sent.
  • Comfortable with rejection and resilient on the phones. You understand that volume creates results.
  • Coachable and eager to learn. You take feedback well and improve quickly.
  • Organized and detail-oriented — you can manage high call volume AND keep clean records in the CRM.
  • Strong verbal communication skills with a professional phone presence.
  • Self-motivated and accountable. You don’t need someone watching over your shoulder to hit your numbers.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of experience in a high-volume outbound sales or SDR role (SaaS, staffing, commercial real estate, or similar).
  • Experience with HubSpot or a comparable CRM platform.
  • Healthcare or medical device industry experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Familiarity with sales engagement tools and multi-channel outreach.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required — results matter more than credentials.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Competitive base salary with performance-based variable compensation.
  • Equity participation through stock options.
  • Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, and QSEHRA.
  • Generous paid time off policy and observed company holidays.
  • Clear career progression path into a Business Development Manager role for strong performers.
