Role OverviewThis is a high-activity, high-impact role, the engine that keeps our Business Development Managers’ calendars full of qualified meetings. Four days a week you’ll be on the phones: researching prospects, making cold calls, and booking first meetings with rehabilitation directors, hospital executives, and therapy leadership. One day a week you’ll focus on HubSpot CRM hygiene, keeping pipeline data accurate, contacts organized, and deal records current. You’ll join a proven outbound motion with an established playbook and a clear path into a Business Development Manager role for strong performers.
Key ResponsibilitiesOutbound Prospecting (4 days/week) - Conduct 40-60 outbound calls per day to targeted rehabilitation facilities, hospital systems, and clinical decision-makers.
- Research and identify prospective accounts, building targeted call lists from territory plans and market intelligence.
- Book qualified first meetings for Business Development Managers (target ~8 qualified meetings/month), with clean handoff context and notes.
- Execute email sequences, LinkedIn outreach, and follow-up cadences alongside phone activity.
- Track all activity meticulously in HubSpot, calls, emails, notes, and meeting outcomes.
CRM Management (1 day/week) - Audit and clean HubSpot contact and company records, merge duplicates, update contact information, correct deal stages.
- Keep pipeline data accurate and current; flag stale deals or missing information for the BDMs.
- Maintain consistent data-hygiene standards to support reporting and forecasting.
- Assist with basic reporting, dashboards, and activity tracking as needed.
Candidate ProfileCompetitive drive and relentless activity are the non-negotiable screen for this role.
- High-activity mentality: you measure your day in dials, conversations, and meetings booked, not emails sent.
- Resilient on the phones: comfortable with rejection; you know volume creates results.
- Coachable and eager to learn: you take feedback well and improve quickly.
- Organized and detail-oriented: you manage high call volume and keep clean CRM records.
- Strong communicator: professional phone presence and clear, persuasive writing.
- Self-motivated and accountable: you don’t need someone watching to hit your numbers.
- Mission-minded: motivated by restoring mobility for patients.
