Summary
The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for driving Lirio’s digital marketing strategy, account-based marketing initiatives, and campaign metrics; spearheading a data-driven approach to ABM and demand generation, evaluating content and nurture campaigns, and aligning solutions to overall client needs; and partnering with internal departments to drive outcomes for Lirio’s prospects, clients, and partners.
Essential Job Duties
- Proactively manage a regularly updated calendar of content to be created, published, and distributed via multiple digital channels
- Create and facilitate the creation of marketing content, including but not limited to email campaigns, social media, blog posts, thought leadership posts, executive branding, and other content
- Leverage colleagues’ subject matter expertise and writing capability to facilitate creation of, edit, and publish relevant scientific content
- Optimize multi-channel inbound + outbound marketing content and campaigns
- Determine optimal outreach strategies and channels to drive audience demand and lead generation, particularly with target accounts
- Cultivate an understanding and application of behavioral science, target market research, market dynamics, and marketing and competitive trends
- Develop and maintain marketing automation and engagement journeys
- Continuously align resources and strategy to overall team and company goals
- Leverage data and metrics to drive cross-functional consensus and enlistment to deliver business results
- Monitor competitive intelligence and tech stack to identify areas of opportunity and market differentiation
- Collaborate across team priorities, including social media, event marketing, content development, and sales enablement
- Work closely with the full Growth Team—marketing, sales, and client success—as well as cross-functional teams to gather feedback, optimize messaging and user journeys, and surface insights and opportunities for growth
Education/Experience
- Bachelors Degree 5-7 years experience
- 5+ years experience digital marketing and strategy, B2B/healthcare preferred
- Experience marketing healthcare technology/SaaS- based solutions preferred
- Experience working with cross-functional groups including Sales, Product, Engineering, Data Scientists, Analysts and External Vendors/Contractors
System Experience
- Salesforce CRM
- Marketing Automation – Pardot
- Wordpress
- Google (Analytics, Search Console, etc)
- Social Media strategy, platforms, and tools
Other Competencies/Qualifications
- Solid understanding of marketing principles and strategy, digital conversion and acquisition, digital asset management, and consumer lifecycle stages
- Working knowledge of campaign marketing strategies and process development
- Able to identify and implement best practices that maximize the collective potential of Pardot and Salesforce
- Relentless advocate for metrics and reporting; eager to experiment in trying and testing different approaches
- Excellent collaborator, communicator, and storyteller with a knack for identifying relevant trends and synthesizing the complex across multiple channels
- Energized by a dynamic cross-functional environment and able to think on your feet when priorities shift
