Position Summary:

The Client Integration and Deployment Engineer will be responsible for providing direct guidance to clients deploying our Enterprise Solution. This will include scoping of client technical and security requirements as well as design of the deployment approach for our solution. This resource will then act as the technical expert in supporting the client’s deployment and launch of the solution in their ecosystem. This resource will work closely with technical subject matter experts in the Lirio Technology Organization including the Client Success team. To succeed in this role, the Client Integration and Deployment Engineer, will need experience with cloud platform providers, like Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform, and will also need proven development experience. This resource will also be responsible for developing and designing a standard process for repeatable/scalable Enterprise Deployments.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with clients to identify requirements for technical deployment and operation of Lirio Enterprise in their ecosystem including performance, integration and security requirements.
  • Work with client and internal subject matter experts to lead the creation of the deployment plan, and define and lead client acceptance testing.
  • Work directly with client technical resources to configure and deploy the solution as defined.
  • Work directly with Lirio and Client technical resources to validate deployment for proper operation.
  • Act as support in the event there are issues with active or previous deployments.
  • Responsible for the overall technical aspects of deployment design and projects.
  • Be the primary coordinator for internal engineering resources.
  • Ensure consistent technical performance and intra-project consistency to standards and processes.
  • Develop and refine repeatable and scalable deployment processes.
  • Support customer operations through process definition, refinement, documentation and direct support to ensure an exceptional client experience.


  • Bachelor's degree
  • 7-10 years of industry experience
  • Commercial systems integration experience using a variety of methods (webhook, API).
  • Software engineering and operations experience.
  • Multiple years of client engagement experience and cross-functional team leadership.
  • Multiple years of software development experience
  • Multiple years of experience architecting and deploying complex, event driven systems in industry leading Cloud Service Provider environments.
  • Validated ability to lead, direct, motivate, and coordinate activities of a project team.
  • Demonstrated ability to define, deploy, and refine complex scalable solution integration/deployment processes.
  • Intermediate to advanced use of the following: Java, Python, C#, C++, PHP, TypeScript and/or JavaScript.
  • Hands-on experience with databases such as PostgreSQL or Snowflake with SQL skills.
  • Hands-on experience delivering software within an Agile development framework.
  • Understanding of Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, and other cloud services.
  • Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Apptivo, HubSpot, etc.
