In this role, you will…

  • Serve as a liaison between underwriting, sales and clients who are interested in purchasing insurance from MedPro Group.
  • Communicate directly with clients on a daily basis to collect and document information for an application submission to underwriting.
  • Ensure accurate and rapid completion of the application information in order to secure business efficiently and easily for the customer.
  • Function as a system expert for MedPro Group's online application and self-serve website.
  • Adhere to authority escalation rules and state legal compliance regulations.
  • Maintain a working-level understanding of the medical malpractice industry, company culture, products/services and strategic communication plan.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

We are looking for candidates with…

  • High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelors degree is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail oriented with a high-level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently, multi-task and prioritize assignments in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to learn and execute on specific underwriting application requirements.
  • Strong phone and PC skills.
  • Authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship, both now and in the future.
