Role Summary:

As Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our executive staff and other team members. You will also interact with a diverse group of external and internal customers at all levels of the organization.

In this role, you will…

Collaborate across departments to align priorities and ensure timely execution of key initiatives
Manage executives calendars, coordinate meetings and handle high level correspondence
Prepare concise meeting briefs and post-meeting debriefs with clear action items and deadlines
Oversee project timelines for leadership initiatives across all departments
Arrange complex travel itineraries and logistics
Track executive KPIs (growth, retention, hit ratio, etc.) and coordinate follow-ups with department heads
Provide light project management support for strategic efforts (e.g., CRMS/AMS clean-up, broker appointments, special events)

We are seeking candidates with…

3+ years supporting a senior executive (preferably in high-growth, client-facing, or insurance/financial services)
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); familiarity with AI tools is a plus
Outstanding organizational, planning and time management skills
Proven discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information
Proven ability to multi-task, be flexible and prioritize daily workload in a fast paced work environment.
Flexibility and ability to thrive in both in-person and hybrid work environments (meetings, events and travel days)
