In this role, you will…

  • Create and manage user accounts, groups, and permissions across Atlassian products.
  • Design and implement custom workflows, schemes, fields, and screens to align with business needs.
  • Configure and manage integrations between Atlassian tools and other systems.
  • Install, upgrade, and maintain Atlassian applications and plugins.
  • Troubleshoot user issues related to Atlassian products.
  • Provide technical assistance and answer user queries regarding features and functionalities.
  • Investigate and resolve system performance issues.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions on Atlassian tools for new users and existing teams.
  • Create user documentation and guides to support knowledge sharing.
  • Work with stakeholders across departments to understand their needs and implement customized solutions within Atlassian tools.
  • Gather requirements for new features and functionalities, proposing improvements and enhancements.
  • Monitor system performance, identify potential bottlenecks, and optimize Atlassian applications.
  • Analyze usage data to identify areas for improvement and suggest process adjustments.

We are looking for a candidate with…

  • 10+ years' experience with Atlassian
  • Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, etc.), including administration features, workflows, custom fields, and integrations.
  • Problem-solving: Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to Atlassian tools.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with users, stakeholders, and technical teams.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
  • Analytical Skills: Capacity to analyze data and identify areas for optimization within the Atlassian platform.

General: MedPro Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer. The annual gross base salary range is $99,500 to $140,000. This range anticipates the low and high end of the salary for this position. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills and competencies. Salary is one component of MedPro’s total compensation and benefits package, which includes medical, vision and dental insurance options, life and accident insurance, 401(k), and short-term and long-term disability insurance.
