In this role, you will…

  • Process high-volume new business, renewals, and midterm adjustments into a mainframe, Oasis, OnBase or database with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Evaluate and process coverage verification requests.
  • Review, assemble and issue policies and endorsements.
  • Be accountable for administrative tasks, including but not limited to; scanning, indexing, documentation, mailing and faxing.
  • Update standard operating procedure (SOP) documentation for review by the Senior Manual Operations Associate (MOA) or Manager.
  • Coordinate with Senior MOA to audit and train other Manual Operations team members as needed.
  • Monitor daily reports/metrics and Induction pools per assigned business segment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

We are looking for candidates with…

  • BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team; effectively learning new tasks.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail maintaining high levels of accuracy.
  • Success in a high volume environments requiring personal organization, multitasking, & regular reprioritization with short turnaround time on items of high impact.
  • Demonstrated ability to problem solve, exercising good judgment in escalation to management.
  • Strong computer skills, with experience in using Outlook, Word, Excel, Imaging. Experience with Oasis is a plus.
