Meet MedPro Group. We’re an industry‑leading Berkshire Hathaway insurance company with a passion for our clients and our team. We are hundreds of professionals with varied backgrounds and experience levels who have come together to achieve one goal: protecting those who have made it their mission to serve and care for others. Never considered the insurance industry before? We think you should.

In this role, you will…

  • Design, develop, and maintain Informatica IDMC Cloud Data Integration (CDI) mappings, taskflows, and schedules to support batch and near‑real‑time data pipelines.
  • Build reusable integration components, parameterized mappings, and standardized frameworks across cloud and hybrid data environments.
  • Implement performance‑optimized ingestion, transformation, and publishing patterns across heterogeneous cloud and on‑premise source and target systems.
  • Design and implement data profiling, validation, standardization, and cleansing rules using Informatica Cloud Data Quality (CDQ).
  • Develop reusable data quality rule specifications, scorecards, and dashboards to monitor and report on data quality metrics.
  • Partner with business and data stewardship teams to define data quality thresholds, remediation workflows, and continuous improvement processes.
  • Configure and maintain Informatica Cloud Data Governance and Catalog (CDGC) assets, including business terms, domains, datasets, systems, classifications, and metadata.
  • Support end‑to‑end data lineage, impact analysis, and metadata discovery across IDMC services.
  • Administer IDMC cloud environments, including user access, roles, security policies, connections, schedules, secure agents, and runtime environments across DEV, QA, UAT, and PROD.
  • Monitor jobs, troubleshoot failures, analyze logs, and work with Informatica Support to resolve platform or runtime issues.
  • Support upgrades, patches, and configuration changes while ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Collaborate closely with data architects, business analysts, governance teams, and downstream consumers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Contribute to technical design documentation, runbooks, operational procedures, and best‑practice standards.
  • Provide production support, root cause analysis, and continuous optimization of data pipelines and cloud services.

We are looking for candidates with…

  • Strong hands‑on experience with Informatica IDMC, including Cloud Data Integration (CDI), Cloud Data Quality (CDQ), and Cloud Data Governance and Catalog (CDGC).
  • A solid understanding of cloud data integration architectures, metadata management, and data governance concepts.
  • Experience administering IDMC cloud services, including secure agents, connections, and environment configurations.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases and cloud data platforms.
  • Familiarity with data quality dimensions such as accuracy, completeness, consistency, timeliness, and uniqueness.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve complex data and integration issues.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced enterprise environment.
