The Opportunity

Napster is growing its Communications team and is looking for someone who can execute our social presence end to end. This isn’t just a scheduling-and-posting role; the right candidate will run the daily engine of Napster’s social channels, shape how one of tech’s fastest-moving brands shows up in feeds and put our products on screen in ways viewers want to watch. This is a hands-on role that will see you managing daily social operations, building community, and creating platform-native video that shows what our products can do.

This role best suits someone who is creative, self-directed, organized, and fluent in how each platform works.

In This Role, You Will

  • Manage the daily functions of Napster’s social channels, from planning and publishing to scheduling and optimization
  • Monitor and manage our community, actively looking for opportunities where Napster can shine
  • Create platform-native videos showcasing Napster’s products, including editing and packaging content built for each channel
  • Own social reporting, tracking performance and turning the numbers into insights the team can act on
  • Stay on top of platform trends and formats, and know when to jump on one and when to skip it
  • Pitch in wherever the team needs it, from campaign support to content brainstorms

Your First 90 Days

You get up to speed on Napster’s channels, brand voice, and content calendar. You take over daily publishing and community management, and ship your first batch of platform-native product videos. You’ll work with the Sr. Marketing Communications Specialist to deliver monthly reports with a clear POV on what’s working, what isn’t, and what to try next.

Who You’ll Work With

You’ll work closely with the rest of the Comms teams daily. You’ll also collaborate directly with product teams to turn features and launches into content worth watching.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience managing social media for a brand, in-house or agency
  • Strong content creation skills across formats; you can concept, create, and publish without waiting on a production team
  • Video editing skills: you can take content from raw footage to polished, platform-ready video
  • TikTok creation skills are a must; you know the native tools, trends, and pacing that make content work there
  • Pitching ideas: you come to the table with concepts, not just execution
  • Must be highly organized, structuring and optimizing all work for reporting purposes so performance is always trackable
  • Deep fluency in LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and TikTok, and the formats that perform on each
  • Experience with enterprise/brand community management and social listening
  • Comfortable working with AI tools as part of a daily workflow
  • Strong copywriting instincts with a knack for a good hook
  • Enterprise B2B experience and voice a must
  • Google Analytics experience a must
