The Opportunity:

We are looking for a senior Alliance & Partner Manager – MENA to build and scale our Microsoft and Microsoft ecosystem strategy across the region.

Based in Dubai, this person will work directly with our Senior Director of Alliances and partner closely with our partner and channel team, communications and marketing, and product and engineering.

This is a builder and operator role with a strong commercial focus. The role will deepen our Microsoft relationships, accelerate co-sell execution, build joint pipeline, and develop and support channel partners with a strong Microsoft Azure focus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and execute our Microsoft and Microsoft ecosystem strategy across MENA.
  • Strengthen senior relationships across Microsoft and its regional ecosystem.
  • Accelerate Microsoft co-sell motions and joint go-to-market execution.
  • Build partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline with Microsoft and channel partners.
  • Develop and support channel partners with our Channel team and support our Channel Managers.
  • Build productive relationships across VARs, MSPs, ISVs, and other strategic ecosystem partners.
  • Work closely with our existing resource on the ground to coordinate Microsoft engagement and execution.
  • Partner cross-functionally with channel, marketing and communications, product, engineering, sales, and leadership.
  • Represent the company at Microsoft, Microsoft ecosystem, partner, channel, and industry events across the region.
  • Establish clear operating rhythms and KPIs around pipeline, partner activity, and commercial outcomes.

Ideal Candidate:

  • 15+ years of experience in alliances, partnerships, enterprise technology, channel, or business development.
  • Deep experience working with Microsoft and the Microsoft ecosystem.
  • Strong existing relationships within Microsoft across the UAE and broader MENA region.
  • Previous experience working at Microsoft is a strong plus.
  • Proven experience working with and developing VARs, MSPs, and ISVs.
  • Strong understanding of channel-led growth, partner business models, and how to activate different partner types commercially.
  • Proven experience building and executing co-sell and partner-led growth motions.
  • Strong understanding of Azure, Microsoft partner programs, enterprise sales, and channel dynamics.
  • Commercially minded, highly execution-oriented, and comfortable building programs from the ground up.
  • Strong network across the regional technology and partner ecosystem.
  • Fluent Arabic and English.
  • Based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
  • Comfortable traveling across MENA.
