About the Role Napster is looking for a versatile Video Producer to join our creative team. Working in a tight-knit, agile pod alongside an Art Director & Visual Designer and a Creative Project Manager, you will own end-to-end video execution across Marketing, Communications, Partnerships, Sales, and Executive Leadership.

Working from project briefs and scripts, you will craft high-impact video assets ranging from executive social clips to narrative product vignettes in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Execute Video Requests: Produce and edit high-impact video content across Marketing, Communications, Partnerships, Sales, and Executive Leadership based on project briefs and scripts, including web/landing page video integrations and event screen digital signage motion.
  • Collaborate Across the Pod: Partner with the Creative Project Manager and Art Director & Visual Designer to bring multi-departmental video concepts from initial brief to final delivery.
  • Manage Production Workflows: Handle video asset management, screen recording captures, and review feedback loops using Frame.io and Google Drive.

What You Bring

  • Editing Software: Final Cut Pro (preferred) or Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • Production & Editing Experience: Proven experience delivering video formats across Marketing, Communications, Partnerships, Sales, and Executive Leadership, such as:
  • Highlight / sizzle reels (e.g., event marketing materials)
  • Captioned social media clips (extracted from executive interviews, product demos, walkthroughs)
  • Narrative-based continuity editing (e.g., customer vignette mockups)
  • Webinar cutdowns (polishing and condensing Zoom recordings)
  • Product Demos (polishing screen recordings)
  • Web/landing page video integrations & event digital signage motion assets
  • Technical Capture Skills: Ability to capture screen recordings on both desktop/laptop and mobile for product demos.
  • Workflow & Logistics: Experience uploading to and properly sharing links from Frame.io and Google Drive for reviewer feedback.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Complementary Software: Photoshop (for screen mockups on product renders) and After Effects (motion graphics & compositing).
  • AI Tooling & Generation: Experience using generative AI services (such as Gemini and ElevenLabs) to assist with prompt engineering for consistent, life-like AI images and videos.
  • Audio Resources: Access to a royalty-free music and sound effects library.
