About the Role Napster is looking for an Art Director & Visual Designer to join our creative team. Working in a tight-knit, agile pod alongside a Video Producer and a Creative Project Manager, this role requires a dual skill set: high-level art direction and strategic concepting paired with hands-on graphic design execution across Marketing, Communications, Partnerships, Sales, and Executive Leadership.

You bridge the gap between creative strategy and day-to-day execution. We need a strategic thinker who can set visual direction while actively crafting high-impact deliverables from start to finish.

What You’ll Do

  • Art Direct & Design: Lead visual strategy while directly designing Key Visuals (KVs), marketing collateral, corporate website updates, campaign/event landing pages, event signage, QR-code digital assets, corporate communications campaigns, investor presentation decks, newsletter branding, sales enablement materials, and high-impact event assets across Marketing, Communications, Partnerships, Sales, and Executive Leadership.
  • Build Systems & Reusable Templates: Drive Figma ownership for marketing design work and establish reusable design systems, master presentation templates, and shared asset libraries to improve company-wide quality and consistency.
  • Elevate Presentations: Craft compelling, highly polished Google Slides decks that translate complex tech concepts into clear visual stories across Marketing, Communications, Partnerships, Sales, and Executive Leadership.
  • Integrate AI: Utilize generative AI tools within the Google and Claude ecosystems to accelerate visual exploration, concepting, and design production workflows.
  • Establish & Execute Visual Standards: Set visual criteria, maintain brand integrity across all touchpoints, and make confident visual decisions while remaining collaborative with cross-functional stakeholders.

What You Bring

  • Experience: 5+ years of combined experience in art direction and hands-on visual design across Marketing, Communications, Partnerships, Sales, and Executive Leadership initiatives.
  • Dual Skill Set: Proven ability to balance high-level creative with high-volume, pixel-perfect design execution.
  • Agency DNA: Background in an advertising agency or a fast-paced, high-output tech environment.
  • Technical Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Figma (Figma ownership, shared libraries, UI/landing page design), Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and Google Workspace (specifically Google Slides).
  • AI Proficiency: Working knowledge of generative AI tools and how to practically apply them to a modern creative workflow.
  • Director's Eye, Designer's Craft: Meticulous attention to detail, strong aesthetic judgment, and the confidence to present and defend creative concepts to executive leadership.
