About Napster:

Founded on the principle of democratizing access, first to music in 1999, now to expertise in the AI era, Napster has consistently remained at the forefront of technological shifts that empower users. Today, the company builds embodied, multimodal AI agents that engage employees and customers where they already work: through video presence, voice, and text. Designed to work alongside people rather than replace them, Napster’s agents carry institutional knowledge into every interaction, elevating the user’s experience and improving business outcomes. The Role: The Chief of Staff reports to our SVP, Partnerships & Ecosystem and is the operating partner for the Partnerships team. You turn strategy into a running cadence: clear priorities, tracked commitments, clean data, and decisions and make sure to have a track on everyone's reporting and cadence made on time. You own outcomes, run cross-functional work without formal authority, and act on Ati's behalf in the region when she is not in the room.

What you'll do:

  • Strategy & Execution: Support strategy development, business planning, and key initiatives, ensuring accountability and cross-functional alignment. Examples: annual planning, strategic priorities, leadership cadence, and quarterly business reviews.
  • Data, Performance & Insights: KPIs, dashboards, executive reporting, and forward-looking analysis. Examples: revenue and pipeline performance, P&L analysis, partner productivity, and growth opportunities.
  • Executive Advisory: Support the SVP and her team with research on strategic decisions, materials, and executive communications. Examples: presentations, executive briefings, business cases, and leadership updates.
  • Special Projects: Lead analysis and execution of high-impact strategic and operational initiatives. Examples: market expansion, competitive analysis, GTM optimization, transformation, and process improvements.

Ideal Candidate Profile

A 7+ year high-caliber, consulting-trained strategic generalist who thrives in a fast-paced, high-velocity environment.

  • Strong strategic, analytical, financial, and commercial acumen.
  • Able to juggle multiple priorities and switch seamlessly between high-level strategy and hands-on operational work.
  • Experience in B2B technology, ideally enterprise software, AI, or SaaS partnerships.
  • A track record running cross-functional programs to delivery without direct authority and working cross functionally
  • Proactive, highly structured, and execution-focused, with high ownership, low ego, and a bias for action.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, executive communication, and ability to influence across functions.
  • Executive-grade writing and slide-making; you make complex topics short and clear.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and frequent change in a fast-moving company.
  • Based in Europe with the right to work there
