Position Overview
The Sales and Business Development Representative shall be responsible for lead generation for our Sales Executive team. This roll will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting potential customers, developing relationships with them, and booking qualified sales meetings.
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have previous experience developing leads from marketing campaigns, cold calls, email campaigns, and meeting sales quotas. This candidate will use their strong communication skills to cultivate relationships with prospects, from first contact until the meeting is scheduled.
This role will also be responsible for driving top line revenue to the organization through sales to new clients for opportunities that are eligible for Ntracts Empower solution, which includes opportunities that will have and revenue less than $15,000 Annually and/or less than 250 contracts following review and approval by sales leadership. This role is a consultative sales role typically calling on legal, compliance, or C-Suite executives in small rural standalone healthcare facilities, FQHC’s, Physician Groups, Skilled Nursing Facilities, etc. This role is prospect centric and responsible for building and maintaining professional relationships with prospects to support Ntracts’ commitment to service and revenue goals which will be measured and tracked via HubSpot.
