Position Overview:
The Sales Administrator is a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who supports the Chief Sales Officer in driving operational excellence across sales and marketing functions within a fast-growing SaaS environment. This role serves as a central hub for sales operations, reporting, project management (Asana), contract lifecycle management (CLM) coordination, and marketing support. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, process discipline, and the ability to manage multiple cross-functional initiatives simultaneously, ensuring directors remain focused on revenue growth and client success while maintaining accurate reporting, streamlined workflows, and scalable operational systems.
- Provide direct operational and administrative support to the Chief Sales Officer
- Support Sales Team in managing pipelines, task tracking, and execution workflows
- Maintain and optimize project management systems (Asana) to ensure visibility and accountability
- Maintain Marketing Asana and serve as project manager for key marketing initiatives
- Assist in RFP managing timelines and assisting in creation and responses.
- Prepare and distribute weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports for leads to closed won deals.
- Track KPIs, revenue forecasts, and key client metrics for executive review
- Assist in managing and improving Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) processes
- Monitor contract workflows between sales and legal teams.
- Support execution and tracking of marketing campaigns aligned to sales initiatives
- Monitor campaign performance and assist with reporting and lead flow management
- Document processes and create SOPs to improve operational consistency
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance sales
- Support Executive Coordination and Scheduling for Chief Client Officer.
Qualifications / Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in sales administration, revenue operations, or executive support, preferably within a SaaS company
- Strong experience with Asana or similar project management tools
- Experience supporting sales reporting and pipeline tracking
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
- Exposure to Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems preferred
- Experience coordinating marketing campaigns is a plus
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and presentation tools
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
