🎯 Job Summary

We’re hiring a full-time, in-person Content Creator & Social Media Manager to help us bring the Oply story to life.

You’ll be responsible for ideating, filming, writing, editing, and posting daily content across social channels. This role is perfect for someone who’s creative, self-directed, social-media-savvy, and passionate about turning real company moments into authentic, high-impact content.

You’ll be in the room for product meetings, strategy sessions, customer interviews, and investor calls turning those into shareable moments that educate, build trust, and drive growth.

🛠️ Responsibilities

  • Film and Photograph: Capture behind-the-scenes moments, customer stories, team interactions, and product demos.
  • Edit: Produce polished, engaging video and photo content for TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other channels.
  • Write: Craft on-brand captions, hooks, scripts, and post copy that drives engagement.
  • Plan & Schedule: Maintain a daily content calendar aligned with company goals.
  • Experiment & Innovate: Test new formats, trends, and ideas to see what resonates.
  • Engage: Respond to comments, build community, and help nurture trust with our audience.
  • Strategize: Work with the founding team on big-picture brand storytelling and campaign ideas.
  • Brand Development: Help define and evolve Oply’s visual and narrative voice.

✅ What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing (professional or personal projects welcome if you can show your work).
  • Strong shooting and editing skills (phone or DSLR, whatever you’re good with).
  • Social-native understanding of TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Excellent writing skills for clear, catchy, brand-aligned copy.
  • Ability to turn everyday moments into compelling stories.
  • Organized and self-motivated - able to deliver high-quality content consistently.
  • Collaborative mindset - able to work closely with founders and teammates.
  • Comfortable working in-person daily in Nashville.
  • Willing to travel occasionally for on-location shoots or key events.
