Our AI, called PT Practice Intel, helps clinics capture more revenue and document more compliantly. It continually monitors 100% of your notes in your EMR, giving insight into whether physical therapists:

- Could have billed a different, possibly higher value, CPT code compliantly.

- Are billing the full amount of allowable units during their visits.

- Are documenting compliantly, and where they could improve.

Position Overview:

PredictionHealth is looking for an Account Executive to join our sales team, reporting to our Director of Sales Sales.

As an Account Executive, you will help drive organizational growth by cultivating relationships with target prospects, navigating them through the sales cycle, and converting them into happy customers. You should be an adept professional, capable of engaging in business-level and technical conversations at multiple levels within our target organizations.

You have an in-depth understanding of the buyer journey and can lead a multi-party sale in a highly consultative manner. You get excited about prospecting and are capable of independently leading a sales cycle from start to finish.

The person in this role will have a strong work ethic, welcome feedback and coaching, and has a growth mindset. Our team is looking for someone who is confident in their sales convictions, listens more than they talk, can laugh at themselves often, and respects friendly team competition.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of surpassing quota while selling SaaS solutions with >$10k ACV. We are looking for a seller who thrives in an acquisition sales environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and self-generate pipeline. This role requires Account Executives to self-source at least 50% of their pipeline
  • Clearly articulate and demonstrate our value proposition, creating excitement and enthusiasm among prospects
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process to meet or exceed revenue goals in alignment with the company’s core values
  • Build 5X pipeline to ensure successful achievement of ARR targets
  • Accurately forecast monthly and quarterly bookings and manage a tight pipeline
  • Articulate path to closure and key tactical steps for all deals
  • Negotiate pricing and contractual terms to close sales as required
  • Prepare presentations, proposals, and sales contracts.
  • Learn, master, and apply the PredictionHealth sales playbook
  • Collaborate with internal resources such as SDRs and Customer Success as part of our team selling approach
  • Attend conferences as needed
  • Provide an exceptional customer experience. Cultivate lasting relationships with customers.
  • Comfortable and energized operating and problem-solving in a fast-moving organization, working inbound and outbound opportunities across a range of industries and company size.
  • Meet or exceed quota.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience selling to VP and C-Level executives in companies of 25+ employees. Bonus if prior sales experience focused on healthcare personas.
  • 2 - 3 years of relevant sales experience. Ideally has experience as an SDR at a fast-growing SaaS company prior to a full cycle closing role.
  • Previous SaaS and enterprise software experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, and well-organized.
  • A strong team player but still a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot CRM and sequencing tool.

On Target Earnings: $100k - $150k. This is a range because we are considering candidates with varying degrees of sales experience for the position, and potentially may hire multiple candidates.
