Position Overview:

PredictionHealth is looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our sales team, reporting to our Director of Sales.

The ideal candidate has previous BDR SaaS experience and is comfortable operating in ambiguity. This role is part of the founding BDR team and has high potential for other roles as the company continues to scale.

As a BDR, you will help drive organizational growth by cultivating relationships with target prospects, prospecting via phone and other channels, and setting quality meetings to convert into pipeline for Account Executives. You are an adept professional, capable of engaging in business-level and technical conversations at multiple levels within our target organizations.

You have an in-depth understanding of the buyer journey and can articulate the PredictionHealth value proposition to senior executives. You get excited about prospecting and are capable of managing a target account list.

The person in this role will have a strong work ethic, welcome feedback and coaching, and have a growth mindset. Our team is looking for someone who is confident in their sales convictions, listens more than they talk, can laugh at themselves often, and respects friendly team competition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely and collaboratively with Account Executives to develop and implement appropriate prospecting strategies
  • Conduct high volume prospecting to qualify leads through calls, emails, and other channels
  • Schedule discovery meetings for an Account Executive to further assess a prospect's business and potential for partnership with PredictionHealth
  • Conduct needs qualification calls with specific prospects as assigned
  • Collaborate with Revenue Operations and Sales to continue to evaluate the TAM and adjust strategies as needed
  • Attend conferences as needed
  • Set yourself up for a successful career by learning the necessary fundamentals to be a great salesperson, leader, and executive
  • Comfortable and energized operating and problem-solving in a fast-moving organization, working inbound and outbound opportunities across a range of industries and company size.
  • You'll learn how a variety of businesses operate, what challenges they face on a daily basis, and how technology can dramatically improve their businesses and employees' lives

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience selling to VP and C-Level executives. Bonus if prior sales experience focused on healthcare personas.
  • 1+ years of relevant sales experience. Ideally has experience as an SDR at a fast-growing SaaS company.
  • Previous SaaS and enterprise software experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, and well-organized.
  • A strong team player but still a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot CRM and sequencing tool.

Average OTE for BDR position $75,000-$90,000 (due to hiring in a variety of states, variety of experience levels)
