What you'll do

As a Physical Therapist, you'll provide individualized pediatric care while managing your own caseload and collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary clinical team.

You'll:

  • Provide individualized, one-on-one Physical Therapy sessions based on each child's needs and goals

  • Work with a diverse pediatric population ranging from birth through age 21

  • Independently manage your caseload and deliver consistent, high-quality care

  • Collaborate with other rehab professionals to support a whole-child approach to treatment

  • Partner with the broader team around scheduling, referrals, and coordination of care

  • Build strong relationships with patients and their families

  • Continue developing your clinical skills through mentorship, training, and professional development

What you'll need

We're looking for a Physical Therapist who:

  • Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy program

  • Holds or is eligible to obtain California PT licensure

  • Is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care

  • Enjoys working with children and their families

  • Is comfortable working independently and taking ownership of their caseload

  • Has strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Values collaboration with other clinicians

  • Wants to continue learning and growing professionally

Pediatric experience is preferred.
