As a Partner Solutions Coordinator, you will be at the heart of our mission to redefine the perception and capabilities of a broker's role in the supply chain. We’ll provide the training, support, and resources you need to succeed as you contribute to our company's growth. In this role, your attention to detail, strong communication, and time management skills will be crucial as you support our customers and partners. You'll join a collaborative, fast-paced team where curiosity and diligence are highly valued.
Responsibilities:

- Learn and apply…You will be trained extensively on all aspects of our industry, mission of the Company, tools and processes for our Partner Solutions Manager or Partner Solutions Executive positions.
- Achieve prescribed levels of learning progress and react quickly if learning is bottlenecked for any reason.
- Perform administrative support functions and tasks as assigned by your Partner Solutions Mentor.
- Will be exposed in other areas of the org where needed (HR, Finance, Systems, etc)

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
Preferred Qualifications:

- Conversational in the Spanish language
- 0-2 years of Customer Service/Support experience
- Specific Logistics experience a plus but not required
- College degree preferred but not required
Compensation + Training:
As a results-driven organization, we believe in rewarding our employees for their contributions. In addition to your base salary, we offer an UNCAPPED commission structure for both existing and new sales. This approach ensures that your earnings directly reflect your actions and success.
New AND Existing Sales (Account Managers/Specialist+ Account Executive)
Year 1 - $75-$95k
Year 2 - $80k - $125k
Year 3 - Up to $160k in Existing Sales and potential to earn $200k+ in New Sales

Upon entry and during training, we will provide a competitive salary w/ eligibility for a monthly performance and progress bonus while training. In addition, PARKING IS FULLY REIMBURSED on a monthly basis for the first 12 months of employment, then eligible for commuter benefit.
