Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from an accredited institution
- Active BCBA certification (and ability to obtain TN license within the first year of hire)
- Successful background check before employment begins
- At least 1+ years of experience, with bonus points for school-based work (K–12)
- Passion for culturally responsive care and educational equity
Compensation:
1099: $45–$60/hour
