Your mission:

The Growth and Partnerships Associate will play an integral role on Thyme Care’s Growth team, working cross functionally to help the organization achieve growth targets. You will support the Growth team by researching and preparing for customer meetings, developing analysis to support the customer sales cycle, project managing the business development process, and supporting partnership design and execution. To succeed in this role, S/he should be a curious self-starter, who is excited about the prospect of identifying opportunities and designing solutions to advance the business.

After your first three months on the job we’d expect you to:

  • Be up to speed on the business, especially the objectives and goals of the Thyme Care’s growth team and have begun supporting the Growth and partnerships teams. You will be adapt at:
    • Creating presentations, leading market intelligence gathering efforts, and providing analytical support to formulate pitch and proposed partnership structure for future customers. This means you will take inputs from across Thyme Care and create structured, thoughtful decks that can serve as a springboard for client conversations.
    • Conducting extensive research, performing qualitative and quantitative analysis, including but not limited to provider network mapping, CMS data, health plan and employer membership data and more.
    • Supporting customer analytics and prioritization process by developing segmentation models across various healthcare verticals.
  • Own our source of truth: Thyme Care’s customer pipeline process and CRM. You’ll also manage Thyme Care’s competitive intelligence database.

On an ongoing basis you will:

  • Work with the executive team to drive an efficient business development process and support information sharing across the team at internal Thyme Care Collectives and with any other relevant internal forum or vehicle.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to develop partnership-specific business cases that drive high value partnership designs.

As a provider of cancer care navigation, we recognize that those with cancer constitute a vulnerable population at risk of contracting COVID-19. As such, Thyme Care employees are expected to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as defined by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, subject to conflicting laws and exemptions based on medical or religious objections.

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes equity, benefits, and other opportunities at Thyme Care. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, geography, and balancing internal equity relative to other Thyme Care employees. In accordance with New York City law, the base salary for this role if filled within New York City is $110,000-$130,000. The salary range could be lower or higher than this if the role is hired in another location. We also believe that your personal needs and preferences should be taken into consideration so we allow some choice between equity and cash.
