YOUR ROLE
As a Thyme Care Oncology Nurse Practitioner, you will provide direct clinical care using a telemedicine platform to ensure that Thyme Care members receive high-quality, trauma-informed, whole-person care when needed. You will also assist our case management team by offering guidance on prioritizing members’ needs. This role reports to our Nurse Practitioner Lead and VP of Clinical Innovation. There is no night or weekend coverage expected for this role. The position can be remote or hybrid based in our Nashville office.
To hit the ground running, we expect you to have medical oncology training, experience caring for patients receiving systemic anticancer treatments, and a proven track record of high-quality clinical care delivered via telemedicine. Ideally, you will also have experience working in a setting that leverages data and technology to support patient care. We also expect you to see problems as opportunities and are often the first to step up, fix, and overcome them.

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes equity, benefits, and other opportunities at Thyme Care. Individual pay decisions are based on several factors, including qualifications, experience level, skillset, geography, and balancing internal equity relative to other Thyme Care employees. In accordance with New York City law, the base salary for this role, if filled within New York City, is $150,000 - $160,000. The salary range could be lower or higher than this if the role is hired in another location. We also believe that your personal needs and preferences should be considered so we allow some choice between equity and cash.
