This includes sketching concepts, 3D modeling, 2D drawings for manufacturing, analysis, and interfacing with external fabricators. This engineer will use their prior experience to rapidly tradeoff manufacturability and mechanical constraints that are seemingly non-intuitive or non-obvious. Create engineering drawings for manufacturing partners
Use first principles to determine the validity of an idea (for example: back-of-the-envelope hand calcs or a basics physics model)
Mentor and train junior engineers
Interface with external fabricators to rapidly prototype hardware
What You’ll Need:
U.S. Person status is required, as this position may access export controlled data
