You will play a key role in your customer’s success.

The HVAC technical support specialist is responsible for customer support on the installation, startup, and service of the Anesi Gas Absorption Heat Pump system. You will ensure customers like installers, service technicians, dealers, and manufacturer reps are able to access support for successful Heat Pump installation projects. You are the first level of support for customers to ensure their successful project outcome!

Responsibilities

You will be a first point of contact for customer inquiries.

You support customers virtually and, in the field, to ensure projects are successful.

You will be a resource for technical literature covering aspects of installation and operation of the equipment.

You provide phone and video support during startup

You will provide basic system training for customers on various aspects of installation and startup

Qualifications

Proven experience with HVAC system installation, service, and troubleshooting

Clear understanding of wiring diagrams, schematics, and sequence of operation

Ability to read and comprehend technical specifications, construction drawings, piping, and ducting schematics

Basic understanding of hydronic systems including boilers, heating system piping, and controls.

Demonstrated understanding of refrigeration principles including pressure/temperature relationships, refrigerant handling, and service tools

HVAC license or certification – Required

Trade school diploma in HVAC/Plumbing/Mechanical systems – Preferred

Minimum 5 years of experience in the HVAC/Mechanical field – Required

NATE Certification – Preferred
