HeroWear is a multi-disciplinary group of engineers, salespeople, client support personnel, and business leaders who are passionate about their work mission. You will be part of this growing team of like-minded professionals building the next great tech startup. In this role, you will be responsible for developing potential business opportunities for our Sales team, by initiating contact with potential customers through a variety of outreach methodologies and setting up meetings for our sales team with prospects interested in purchasing our exosuit technology.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead generation: Researching and identifying potential clients through various channels like online databases, social media, and networking.
  • Cold outreach: Making outbound calls and sending emails/InMails to prospective clients to introduce the company's products or services.
  • Lead qualification: Assessing potential clients' needs and determining if they are a good fit for the company's offerings.
  • Sales pipeline management: Maintaining a healthy sales pipeline by tracking lead progress and scheduling follow-up activities.
  • Customer engagement: Building rapport with potential clients through effective communication and providing basic product information.
  • Meeting scheduling: Coordinating introductory meetings between qualified leads and the sales team.
  • CRM data management: Updating customer information and activity details within the company's CRM system.
  • Market research: Staying updated on industry trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.

Required skills and capabilities:

  • College Degree in applicable field (Business preferred)
  • Willing to travel (up to 75%) throughout the USA to conduct on-site customer product demonstrations
  • References who can speak to your organizational skills, reliability, and passion for hard work
  • Working knowledge of Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office
  • Located in Nashville, TN.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong phone and video call presence.
  • The ability to handle rejection and persevere.
  • Skilled in consultative and persuasive selling techniques
  • Basic understanding of the sales cycle
  • Proficiency in CRM software (HubSpot preferred)
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing situations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $57,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
