Who We’re Looking For

Accountability Captain: At the core, you find deep satisfaction in cultivating strong, accountable connections with your team. You take extreme accountability and ownership of your wins and failures, and you don’t blame anyone else.

High-Level Problem Solver: You find joy in quickly solving problems not on a surface level but getting to the core issue and creating smart systems to solve it.

Adaptability: We are a scaling business, and things change fast. You are comfortable with the changes and think quickly on your feet.

You have experience being in a startup: You know what it feels like to be in the early stages of a startup, the fun yet gritty stage.

Self-starter: You’re extremely self-driven and don’t need any hand-holding.

Team Leader: You put your team first and care about their growth. You enjoy coaching your team so you can grow together.

Always a learner: Whether it’s new business niches, software, or a new market, it doesn’t scare you. You tackle it straight on.

Business savvy: You recognize areas where we can be more efficient without impacting customer experience. You also understand working with budgets to ensure we’re not overbuying raw materials or inventory.

Bonus points if you have:

A background in the automotive vinyl industry or an understanding of the products and manufacturing process will shorten the learning curve in learning our operations. Understanding vinyl and Paint Protection Film (PPF) will help you make decisions when it comes to creating packaging processes.

Worked for a company that operated using the entrepreneurial operating system (EOS). This will allow you to be comfortable with how we run our company much more quickly.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage our inventory across multiple channels, which includes planning, ordering, analyzing hero/loser SKUs, and maintaining vendor relationships.
  • Manage our operations for in-house products using vinyl and paint protection film. This includes production planning, printing, cutting, packaging, and labeling, and working with the marketing department to develop packaging that creates a pleasant customer experience. You’ll develop, adjust, and manage processes for our scaling production.
  • Manage our fulfillment team to ensure all orders go out within the promised time. Occasionally, you will negotiate rates with carriers and develop, manage, and create processes for automation.
  • Build and hire a team to help make sure operations are running smoothly.
  • Keep the warehouse organized and manage the receiving process.
