Bonus points if you have:

A background in the automotive vinyl industry or an understanding of the products and manufacturing process will shorten the learning curve in learning our operations. Understanding vinyl and Paint Protection Film (PPF) will help you make decisions when it comes to creating packaging processes.

Worked for a company that operated using the entrepreneurial operating system (EOS). This will allow you to be comfortable with how we run our company much more quickly.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead and manage the content, e-commerce, and paid advertising teams to drive revenue growth across multiple channels.
  • Oversee product launches and marketing campaigns, ensuring successful planning, execution, and optimization for maximum impact.
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans that align with business goals, ensuring a consistent and cohesive brand presence across all platforms.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust marketing strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to create integrated marketing strategies that enhance the customer journey.
  • Manage the marketing budget, optimizing spend across various channels to maximize ROI and ensure cost-effective campaign execution.
  • Build, hire, and mentor a marketing team to support scaling efforts, ensuring all projects and initiatives are executed effectively.
  • Drive innovation in marketing tactics and explore new growth opportunities through data-driven experimentation, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
